Simon Halpern is based in Kailua, Hawaii. Travel to Hawaii is a requirement to begin the process. Simon mainly works on large scale projects that flow well with the muscle structure of the body and will take multiple sessions to complete. Each artwork is designed with the possibility of extending the artwork on you body in the future. 

Smaller projects are also welcome if scheduled in advance. Designs are shown on the day of individual appointments, and any changes that need to be made will be done the day of your appointment. A portfolio of hundreds of designs is available to choose from, and Simon will work with you to find a design that best fits your individual body type, needs and style. 

Each artwork is a unique piece of art for each client. Each session begins with a conversation and trust is key to the process. Sessions are a full day and Simon only works with one person a day. Simon believes in building relationships through art.

If you are an international client or traveling to the islands or from another state it is possible and preferred to do work several days in a row.

• Some information about yourself and why you feel I am the right artist for you.
• If you are tattooed already and where.
• Your age and where you currently live.
• Approximately when you would like to start the project. 
• Your availability if not flexible. 

Each email will be read and we ask for a few days to a week for you to receive a response.
