DESIGN COLLABORATION WITH THE UKULELE SITE

In 2024, the Hawaii Tattoo Expo made its highly anticipated return, marking the first event since the pandemic. Artists and studios from across the islands gathered once again under one roof to create custom tattoo work and compete in various competitions showcasing a range of styles. This year also introduced the debut of the Ornamental and Geometric categories, highlighting both large- and small-scale designs. I had the privilege of entering two clients into the competition and was honored to take home both First and Second Place in this category. It was an incredible experience, and receiving this recognition from my peers was truly humbling. After 18 years of dedication to my craft, this moment served as both validation and inspiration to continue pushing the boundaries of ornamental tattooing.
